About this item

L. A. Cook & Co. was located on the corner of Main and Federal Streets in Greenfield, Massachusetts. The business is listed in the 1885 business directory. Although this card shows women’s fashion, by 1902, they seemed to be focused on men’s clothing and by 1905, men’s, boy’s and children’s clothing are all that were advertised. This trade card is printed in vibrant colors and advertises one of the “Nobbiest”, or most fashionable, line of goods.
