Pocumtuck Basketmakers

The Deerfield, Massachusetts, women who made up the Pocumtuck Basket Makers worked primarily in raffia to create imaginative, useful baskets.  The bulk of their work was done during the Arts and Crafts movement, which was quite active in Deerfield.
