Log in to the WordPress administrative interface (the “admin”) if you haven’t already.
Go to the ‘All Pages’ list by clicking on ‘Pages’ in the left menu then choosing ‘All Pages’.
Filter the ‘All Pages’ list to find items that are ready for review.
- In the top center of the screen, click on ‘Pending’ to limit the list to only items whose status is ‘Pending Review’.
- From the ‘All Needs’ dropdown, choose ‘Metadata’. Click on the ‘Filter’ button to show only the items that need metadata which are pending (ready for review.)
- Click on an item’s ‘Title’ to edit.
