Gazette and Courier

The Gazette and Courier, located on Bank Row in Greenfield, Massachusetts, was a principal newspaper for Greenfield and Franklin County for over ninety years, giving its readers news of local and national interest. The paper has existed under many other names over many more years. It started in 1792 as The Impartial Intelligencer, and in 1985 took the name The Recorder that it goes by today, making it one of the oldest newspapers in the country.
