She is dressed in the latest fashion, complete with a feather-trimmed hat and kidskin gloves. At age 20, Miss Newton created a spectacular silk and velvet quilt which is now on display at Memorial Hall Museum in Deerfield, Massachusetts. After her marriage to Solon L. Wiley, the couple moved to Omaha, Nebraska.
