Thomas Grover of Montague, Massachusetts, sent this list of grievances against the Massachusetts government to the Hampshire Gazette newspaper in December of 1786. He was among the Regulators, those who took up arms against the Massachusetts government during Shays’ Rebellion (1786-1787.)
