Henry T. Bailey, the first of two presenters noted in this article, was the editor of School Arts Magazine. He was an advocate for art education and served as editor for this magazine from 1903-1917. Will Hutchins worked tirelessly at promoting the arts and crafts as part of the Deerfield (Massachusetts) Painting Society and Deerfield Industries. He was elected president of the Greenfield Society of Arts and Crafts in January of 1907.
